I’m almost 100% sure the dc potency increase was incorporated into the Phase III trial, I just can’t find where I heard it. I remember Linda talking about it, so I think it was one of her early videos from 2014 or 2015. Perhaps somebody else remembers. That alone could account for the change in efficiency we seem to see from the earliest patients. If TTF was also incorporated later on, we should see efficacy go up above Ph I results. If it wasn’t incorporated then it should give longevitity a boost in the near future, if DCVaxL is approved. Yet another improvement to look forward to.
