I believe : Explaining is on going on multiple fronts for UOIP.

Federal District Court Judge Richard Allen is constantly meeting and making pretrial decisions on UOIP/Chanbond vs 13 cable companies.


With a long ill and now deceased CEO, an Administrative law judge is required to "hear" both sides SEC vs UOIP/Chanbond.
