Big share days for no reason, Director Salaries.....

I've watched this board and VDRM for a long time.

There have been several here that accuse or claim this is a pump and dump. There hasn't been "news" about VDRM to "pump" it for 2 months (July 12). That was the "great" shareholder letter letting us know how great things will be going. Yes, the financials did come out the end of August but that wasn't "news". So there's been no "pump" by anyone in neither the company nor any credible "news" from any board members other than emails from PR to justify calling anytime a pump. I looks like the good Doc has finally figured out that saying there's going to be a big deal and not proving it later isn't the way to go. There's been no pump.

The only known dump that has occurred is retired claiming he had to sell 17 million because of changing trading companies and a few others who got paid by the doc with shares they didn't want. Yes the dilution. That form of dilution, according to the company, is done.

Yet, since 8.1.18 there has been 3 huge trading days with no news from VDRM. Volume speaks loudly.
On 8.1.18 there were 27.6 million shares traded. The next day, 8.2.18, there were 38.7 million shares traded. Someone or persons decided that it was worth purchasing over 66 million shares in 2 days. The next day there was profit taking but only 20 million shares were sold of the 66. Recently on 9.13.18 there were 27.2 million shares traded. All without any news. There will be some of you saying that was the dump time...and maybe so BUT someone or person are buying and are making a big hope and prayer that there will be news....someday.....maybe tomorrow, next week, next month.......or never. I'm praying with them.

For the good doctor's sake there better be something coming soon, and it better be good. If not I will be the first in line for the class action lawsuit to collect from his recent $300,000 salary for his fraudulent acts and statements. No corporate veil can protect him from fraud. That veil will be pierced with a bazooka. Yes, a $300,000 salary for officer compensation. Look on page 3 (page 5 of the pdf) of the 5.17.18 financial statement. Officer compensation went from $60k in 2017 to $300k in 2018.

He damn well better be earning it. There have been a lot of shareholders waiting a long time for the good news that has been promised........
