You clearly are unfamiliar with the Honorable Keith Starret. Judge starrett is very tough on criminals who defraud the government. He sentenced Dr. Albert Diaz to 3 years in prison, and he didnt make a penny. He just wrote prescriptions to people who he didn't see see as patients.

Moran submitted $22 million in fraudulent reimbursement claims and pocketed well over $12 million dollars, then there is the $6 million he washed through Dewmar's HWRC.

Anyone who claims Moran is not going to prison is very poorly informed (or operating on pure emotion).
