Moran is not going to jail. He is going to federal prison. One doesn't defraud veterans TRICARE of $22 million and not go to prison.

Dr. Diaz received no kickbacks, wrote $3.2 million in prescriptions and received 3 years. He was in his late 70's.

Moran is going to federal prison. 5 to 10 years is a solid estimate based on Judge Starret's previous sentencing patterns.
