UOIP has PTAB wins, Markham win, and the final jury trial against 13 largest cable companies going forward with no stay in sight.
Trial scheduling conference in December 2018.
Judge to decide on which expert witnesses to allow in March 2019.

The original premise for longs is valid and will sit on fence until judgement day.

No need to remind us. We know that there are no earnings, that debt has been converted into UOIP shares, that no SEC filings suspension means loss of liquidity and that CEO has gone to his ultimate reward. Deleware "void" status for UOIP and H-10 non-filing suspension do not end or invalidate existing shares.
