I agree with both of your thinking, even though they're contradictory of each other.

JL sees Amarin/Vascepa today as future Amazon/Google/Coca Cola and thinks it's crazy to sell now for $18 billion when it will be worth > $200 billion. He sees selling AMRN today analogous to selling AMZN a couple of decades ago, after their initial PPS pop, and missing out on >10,000% additional pops - can't really fault JL's rationale, plus his track record is impeccable (most posts from yesterday were congratulatory and thankful to him).

BA's school of thought: I make middle class income/retirement. If PPS pops to $50, that will be more money than I ever dreamed of having, and I'm not willing to take any more chances, even though if there is a 95% likelihood that this is the next Amazon - can't really fault this rationale either.
