Wal-Mart has pulled Lean from stores and the website. Kush cakes are no longer on Walmart.com Dewmar hasnt bought C-Swiss from the Miami distributor in years.

According to Dewmar's response to an FDA alert letter, the only products with melatonin on the label were already sold. The FDA also stated he couldn't use the names Yella, Purp, or Easta Pink because they related to illicit street drugs. No new labeling or names were ever announced or printed.

Dewmar cannot produce one document that shows they have a viable product to distribute with current distribution channels, and products being shipped. If they do, they would publish them, especially that Moran is an admitted con man.
