Yeah....I don't see much happening as far as announcements in the near term either. The whole ALJ situation, in my view, has not all played out yet. When the door came open far enough that it allows previously deregistered stocks by the SEC to have their cases reopened and reheard this "could" be a long drawn out affair for Solaris if they want this fixed. On the other hand it could buy them a lot of time too! Between the battery technology that has some value and Pixel they'd be goofy not to move forward somehow......up to and including reorganizing and or sale. One thing is for sure.......SPCL is not a cut and dry matter!
