Marco wasn't just charged. He plead guilty.

Had Marco not been charged with fraud, we likely would have seen a healthy bump in prices after the company got current.

Maybe, but we'll never know, because two days after DEWM filed the attorney letter, the charging documents were filed, and the next day, CEO Moran plead guilty.

When one looked into Marco's claim that he was an Olympian or disabled Desert Storm vet and found those to be false, then one has to wonder how many other things he was lying about.

So when he announced the Health & Wellness Resource Consortium, we determined in June, 2016 that it was located at a Houston apartment complex and its phone number was [phone]. That number hasn't been changed since the website went up. That was a red flag.

Then there was the time that Moran showed a photo on Facebook or Twitter that gave the impression that Dewmar had a booth to display Kush Cakes at the Big Industry Show, but it turned out to be a box of Kush Cakes being held in front of a Big Industry Show banner, probably in the lobby:
