This is a concern.....

but when I see insiders buying hundreds of thousands of shares at market I come to the conclusion that it won't be much of a negative. As a matter of fact I recently saw a stock do a reverse to get on NASDAQ and it went up post split. Before any of that becomes a reality they have to develop a market for this stock.
