market does not care about the resignations


longer term traders scaling out but no real long terms sellers
entering or they would have sold all day.

market is 1% from highs.

markets has multiple issues to deal with. this is supposed to be
a bad week and it is.

market is still in the new up range.

market is safe till end of year. then next year is another
event we will see
