You can bring in the board of directors real quick and have them run the company while he's in prison, if he does prison. And remember if he gets two years of prison time you'll be out 6 to 8 months with good behavior. And there's no law that says a felon cannot own a company, as long as his board of directors is running the company then the SEC can only say so much about this, I would figure.
