IMO, the FDA has something stuck in its craw that's not good regarding BIEL. Just what is the problem which the FDA harbors about BIEL, well who knows, but the FDA. Ergo, there is a good chance the FDA will hold off on granting Full Body Clearance until the 11th hour, that being the week of the 12th of Oct, or on that very date. That's My Take!
