So as a US investor we miss out on the initial shares and will be give cash if I understand correctly. It says 1 share and 1 warrant, how would a US investor be able to get the warrant? I am interested in executing all warrants I have, would like to end up with some shares out of this. Do the warrants even apply to a US investor?
