These numbers allow Olde Monmouth to confirm totals of who owns how many shares & their respective percentage since they count, track & total shares as the transfer agent.

664 / 1615 = 41.11% shares owned by others (ÜS)
Like I wrote, if Carter sells >= 10%, then shareholders have more than Carter, that is > 50%.
58.89% - 10% = 48.89% Carter
41.11% + 10% = 51.11% Other Shareholders
