Please review the facts of what is going on in Chile and you will get your answer. First off Barrick is on the run out of Chile. They have sold all of the mining equipment and have told the unions that they are in an exit strategy. Fact two they have removed Pascua from their third quarter report and are now concentrating on Lama and the underground mine. Court action both CMN and the BCSC are defending vigorously not to go to Chile. The funny thing on this issue is that they are both using the same defence as in a JV. Therefore they are in on this scam created by Barrick, BCSC, TSX and the OSC. All of this points in JL's favor!
