Good Steak Recipe

I got a 1/2 size broiler pan. Line it with foil, add a bunch of cut up onions and mushrooms, put some dabs of butter all around, not too much, season. Cover it with foil, don't use the top part of pan yet. Bake at 400 for 30-45 minutes. Make sure the rack is in the middle. When done baking, take out of oven and take the foil off the top and put the top part of the broiler on and add the seasoned steak. Leave the mushrooms and onions in there. The juices from the steaks will flavor them good. Move the oven rack up to about 4 inches from the top of oven and broil for about 4-5 minutes on each side of steak depending on how you like your steak.

I made this the other night and Marc couldn't stop going mmmm mmmm mmm

This is the broiler pan I got. Made baked taters with it. Good stuff I tell ya.
