Here's my thoughts of what he is doing... IMO

He will use dilution to make shareholders pay off -$180,000 owed in BK courts over Ecocab
-Any notes that have matured and can dump their discounted shares
-His salary $100,000
-Clearly this house $240,000. He is only 3 hours away from me.
-$250,000 for PJ's

Then once PPS is .0001 he will break radio silence and pump the next deal. Which will spike the price up, so he can dump the new AS shares into the OS. Diluting it all the way down again.

Or the other much less likely scenario, but if somehow it all isn't a scam.

He M&A's some companies that have real profits and created value for the shareholders. This is the only way he can restore faith, but he has destroyed his creditably. If he does. I'll be the first to say I was wrong and this isn't a pump and dump.

The fact there is no phone number now and he is putting his new home address on SEC fillings. Maybe he is switching to a Missouri number, but it doesn't bode well no one can reach him and he seems to of vanished.

I'm a new investor and I could be wildly wrong on my observations here. Just my opinion.
