As I see it, The previous fins had 6 month financial obligations. I would have never heard of this if the dip hadn't happened. It will get back there or close soon enough imo.
There was a company Mr Levine was involved in before it was bought out in 2016 ( now trades at $11) that had 192M o/s. There is no info on what the actual float was, well I didn't look too hard either. But that was bought out and the pps was trading higher than .20 at the time. He knows what he's doing for SH value, heck, he owns millions of PBYA bought at .80 if I recall.
