AMFE only ever had 1 real negative, from a fundamental point of view, which was , of course, the lack of audits.

The numbers posted where ALWAYS great, but there was always the lingering fear: could they be lying?

A very honest fear, truth be told. That fear no longer exists. Official numbers are out, and there is now an EXTREMELY compelling story to be told:

1. Management promised that they would audit the company. They did. Management also promised that they would up list, and with the audits, they will. This can no longer be questioned. Period.

2. Management has been not only transparent, they have also been conservative.

3. Revenues have consistently grown.

4. Management is REINVESTING heavily on the company.

Why should AMFE trade at a higher multiple than it is? Because of the money that it has produced? Yes...and no.

The revenue produced by Snakes&Lattes are concrete results that what they are doing is working. When you invest in AMFE you do not invest in a pipe dream. You invest in something real.

That, however, is not the reason why AMFE should trade at a premium. The potential for growth - for massive growth- is not only real, it is palpable. Distribution; Franchising; Publishing. The potential for massive growth, and massive income, is there. Anyone who takes 10 minutes of his time to study the company will see why.
