i cant find it right now but in the admin update zn said they had finally been served in the n dist of tx class action lawsuit

once served zn has 20 days to respond

the suit claims zn made misleading statements

so those are 2 reasons for their relative silence

when theres a lawsuit, a co's lawyer will usually put a gag order on the co and its officers
