Jim, I withdraw my question and plead ignorance due to my non-biochemist layman background.

After doing a little research I realized I misunderstood your comment wrt to VKTX reactive metabolites being a CYP P450 3A4 covalent inhibitor.

Where can I find info on this as it relates to VK2809? I did some searches and came up empty. Can you point me to a paper? TIA.
