Great going Creamer..take it over then do nothing and get the RIP from the SEC...again that 15-12g woulda costed what few hundo? Geesh. Was a nice vehicle for a merge too imo. Idjot mofo. Whatever now he can try to salvage and work to get if back off the greys to pinks if starts trading again lol. More than likely not. Stupid. I dunno why he even took it over to begin with if was just going to let it go. O well. Pfff. No 15-12g delinquent SEC filers are a risky bunch. Better to play dark otc filer shells nowadays I guess lol.
