GEEZ really 100 pennies is still 1$ in buying power is it not??????????

I can tell ya exactly why they are doing this or at least imho

FOR example someone said the other day that they got 384 shares in the original exchange, after a 12/1 they would end up with 32 shares whoppie and will probably sell those just to forget this whole thing............also partial shares not able to meet the 12/1 will be probably paid for their unconvertable shares thus getting rid of even more shares in odd lots

Secondly MOST AVG JOE investor's don;t buy 25-30$ stocks they buy 2-10 $ stocks..This is gonna to be an institutionally held company when it is all said and done or at least for the most part.

That way when they make a suggestion or put forth a vote such as this RS vote they are working mainly with INTELLIGENT and informed investors that will carry/approve their plans to fruition..............
