My $CWEB$ ask orders with Fidelity, didn't fill, trying repeatedly on-line, with long delays, the last couple of trading days...and I found out why.

My first limit buy order (higher than the current ask) for an entry position, filled without a glitch, but the next two were problematic.

The last Fidelity International service assistant told me not to use an AON....Canadian exchanges, and the MM's, don't like that condition.

I must have not utilized the AON on my first order, and it filled quick as all Hell.

As soon as I exed out the "all or none", on the subsequent attempts, the trades went through immediately.

I save the phone commission, and only have to pay the 50 buck "non-DTC eligible" fee.
