Yeah I agree with you. From what i can see so far. Looks like the majority of them are reporting companies and they just stopped reporting and are completely inactive. The SEC doesn't care about the Penny stock trader lol. It is mind boggling how the SEC thinks when it comes to Pink Stocks.
