Unfortunately nothing unusual. But that's the problem, it's always been this way.

There's always been one person, ehh maybe I'm exaggerating. Maybe 2-3. But I imagine it's one top dog whose loaded. This business is his side piece. Not even the main side piece, the side piece behind the other 2-3 businesses he has.

And probably hires a cousin or someone else to do some administrative work. They simply aren't committed. Only committed when it's convenient to do so, like when pot tickers in the OTC world were going crazy or when crypto was the latest craze. If they can ride the wave, they will.

They have no business spine so to speak to stand on.

he/she is too inept and lack enough care to even give a damn. Pretty much sums it up.

We can only hope they find another wave to ride soon
