quite a lot actually but they are already in decent financial shape (not full of toxic debt) and just needed the R/S for the share price condition.

one I know of certainly wasn't profitable - still aren't - but met the market cap and other criteria and were willing to pay the price for NASDAQ listing

I dont know why he thinks it is so urgent to achieve.

the r/S was done primarily to give him the collateral need for one or may be both the acquisitions he has targeted - lets get on with that -bite the dilution that brings (albeit in restricted shares locked up for say 12 months) and show us the new income statement as a result - NASDAQ in 1 year or longer would be a suitable target.
