Chavez has been acquiring weapons for years now, must to the dismay of the US.

CSHD supposedly had all those defense contracts through AISS amongst other subs, yet none could be verified with the US government.

Chavez gives CSHD bonds in exchange for various defense contracts and equipment?

Forget securities fraud, hello treason.
