Doog, getting to two posts in one here, your other post you stated "your sad that you ever believed in Odidi's science and technology"

actually, I am not sad about that. I still do believe in his technology. Its his abilities as CEO, which I have issues with. LOL

And its because of that, why I still have hope. I disagree that the next would be any public offering, because I disagree that there would be another offering.

We all know how bad Odidi is, but we can count on one thing. His looking out for himself. He does not want to lose control of his company. As I have stated before I was looking forward to the next offering because it meant Boyd would be able to get control. Odidi knew that too, which is why instead of a public offering or direct, he sold to himself!

I actually feel that is why we saw the last offering the way we did rather than to maintain compliance with NASDAQ, it was to keep control. By doing so it only raised a small amount of cash. This will not keep him going much longer. so will he do another offering or will he ink a deal?

me personally, if he is trying to maintain control this will force him to finally make a deal. I just hope its with a better company that the deals he made with the Generics because there we get back to his CEO capabilities.

He should have done something about MNK and not even bothering to sell Seroquel. And PAR did us no favors by waiting a year to launch all the doses after approvals. but in the end, if he cuts a deal and we get a nice upfront payment there should be no reason we do not regain the market cap we had before adcom which now post split would be close to that $20 a share mark.

So while some of us longs are still holding shares at above $3 pre split and are given lemons, all we can do is try and make lemonade. If the new high target is just getting back to our pre adcomm market cap of $20 a share, I need to average down were I can break even or make some profits up. from this $2.70 level, that's a hefty profit.
