Sadly my own opinion is that he did the $500K financing himself just to get IPCI through the NAZ delisting threat...then the moment the Nasdaq says IPCI's back in compliance he'll deliver a public offering.

And my reason for being so adamant that a public offering is coming is simply my belief that Boyd/Armistice would've stepped in and done a direct offering if he still had faith here...but he didn't...which to me speaks volumes about how hard it's gonna be for Dr. Odidi to continue doing the same old same old patterned bs in the post reverse split era.

Even the big boy funders are tired of the lack of results and recognize that if Odidi's science was truly as earth shattering as many of us once believed...it wouldn't be so impossible for Odidi to advance IPCI's pipeline to any relevance whatsoever over the past 4+ years and counting
