Nice try, but that pig won't fly. IFUS was given a chance by Adelstein. But, true to form and consistent with his personal history, Walther/IFUS engaged in an attempt to defraud Adelstein rather than make the scheduled loan payments. It back fired as Adelstein fought back and won.

Adelstein gave IFUS/Walther yet another chance by agreeing to a mutually acceptable payment agreement on the judgment. IFUS/Walther made a few payments, but then defaulted. Adelstein went back to court and was awarded all of IFUS and Walther's assets, including those dingbat "Trade Secrets."

Walther & IFUS are still on the hook for the balance of the judgment.

It is over. The scam has died.
