Welcome back man! I've also taken a break waiting for that audit. Glad it's here and the uplist should happen any day now.

The 6/30/18 audit is due by 10/15/18 so lots coming over the next month.

Share dividends from the spin-off after the uplist to the QB will be pretty cool - been very patient waiting to find out what the acquisition they have in mind is.

Patience will pay here. The rare pennies that you hold sometimes require patience... i learned my lesson on the last one. Held for 12 months and 4x my money and sold... then it ran to $2.80 from .40 where I sold. Wasn't patient enough as everything started to come together and growth/expansion was setting in.

AMFE's in the same boat. Big things happening right now with S&L expansion and the publishing division.

Can you imagine when S&L starts getting US distributions rights?! When there's 20+ board game cafes in the US over the next 1-2 years... who wouldn't want to give exclusive rights to S&L - the board game experts of the world.
