99% of reverse splits are because of toxic debt and the stock either went to .0001 and ran out of authorized shares and a R/S needs to be done so toxic debtholders can continue to unload and it goes back to trips. That isn't the case here as we have very little debt left and it is "friendly" and likely being cleaned up.

So we're in the very small camp of if a R/S does happen it's not bad but actually good b/c it will lead to getting the company on a national exchange next year after an uplist off pinks
