These prices are EXTREMELY cheap, and I will tell you why:

1. Audits are done. No one can now deny the fundamentals of the company.

2. We are about to up list to the QB. This is no longer an opinion, this is a FACT.

3. The 4th location (and FIRST in the USA) is set to open in a few weeks or so

4. A 5th location is now being planned for Charlotte, NC

5. We recently got EXCLUSIVE distribution rights to an ENTIRE product line in Canada

6. Once we Up list, the company will spin off one of its subsidiaries and we will receive a one time dividend depending on our holdings in AMFE.

7. 23 locations were in negotiations and were pending on the completion of the audits.
