Thanks. Many of your rules are ones I have used when looking at fundamentals. I also always take out goodwill as it's largely a wasted "asset."

My problem is I'm too competitive. I can't help but to work to get or find an edge. I'm largely a patient person but I hate waiting for a stock with great fundamentals to break out, which could take years. I did it for years with VTSI having a P/E under 10. I'm in it now with NVFY. Recently I had success with IEHC and AMRC, but I just happened to find them at the right time. I've just found that timing is so critical as it's the difference between catching a wave and sitting on the beach for years waiting for the wave to come. So now I'm just trying to look for the waves where they are.
