No, they are still guilty.

The only question that remains is did they do enough for a judge to believe it wont happen again?

They lied about being unable to as evidenced by the fact that they did when forced to. Not good.

They also did the bare minimum. Personally I would have filed a spectacular display of what a filing should be. Their effort was called materially deficient.

Also used several excuses along the way.
