My guess is that dilution will not happen immediately. I think SGSI WILL uplist first to the NASDAQ and then release shares slowly on to the market as to not impact the PPS. GET the momentum going first! Why take any chances of not being able to uplist to a major exchange if dilution happens immediayely. Besides, I don't think it will be that many new shares entering the market. IMHO
