If the sale by Villar of the Amerilos Sur and Norte claims were indeed all in and consummated without any ongoing legal obstructions,why would CMN have required the dual UTM filling by Llanos of the Tesoros claims over pretty much the same UTM coordinates and where would Llanos have known to file these without knowledge as supplied by Barrick/CMN as to the coordinates in question,which of course were never required to mine Pascua Lama but only to hit a brick wall where the need to obfuscate by a toxic spill was the only way out???????????????????????????
