Contracts change, they already Pr'd 12 million in new contracts. Do you really think Ponder signed 12 million in new contracts with no profit margin? Only Plugger does that BS. Ponder already Pr'd 2-3 times an expected 25% gross margin. Last year when it was just AWS he said 20% gross margin for AWS only. The last 10-Q had zero gross margin (IIRC, or not much what ever it was) for ADEX, take its sales for 12 weeks and figure in 25% gross margin, and a huge drop in SGSID overhead (one time costs) and what do you get?

In other words the model has changed!!! The costs have changed the billable rate has changed. Brand new, never before available, fresh out of the gate, 5G demand has just turned break even (or worse) firms like SGSID into cash cows.

How did Amazon go from a billion dollar loss in one quarter to a billion dollar profit the next?
