Actually they will likely break even on the coming 10-Q, Q3, and show a blow out profit (compared to the last 10-Q, 2nd quarter) for the 4th quarter this year. But Q-4 is part of the 10K, annual report, and there is no separate 10-Q for the last quarter, so the company may be on Nasdaq or will be well on the way, in the SEC filling process of uplisting to Nasdaq by the time the 10-K is filled.
