I just got an updated Reuters report on UOIP as of mid September 2018 and it states only 1.1 b shares not 1.6

It would seem that Reuters is just recycling old info if this is in fact wrong.

Troubling to say the least as my broker is providing me with this info.


It does appear this is old news.....only seems relevant up to 2015.
