On September 14, 2018, our wholly-owned subsidiary, Jacksam Acquisition Corp., a corporation formed in the State of Nevada on September 11, 2018, or the Acquisition Sub, merged with and into Jacksam Corporation, a corporation incorporated in August 2013 in the State of Delaware, referred to herein as Jacksam.
