Yes. Look at the convertible debt balances the past 12 months. And then look at the chart and the O/S growth over the past 12 months.

The company gets cash, it goes to ???, then the lender gets shares at half the market price and dumps them on retail investors who buy them based on misleading statements from Brian, while the PPS drops to ever lower lows.

This is OTC 101 dude...
