Did someone post that Bleckman said they will put out a 10Q in november? Considering the credibility issue I think it is imperative that they do, pink sheets or not.

I've also been pondering their ideas about using even smaller stratellites than the Sans IIA in order to accelerate the program. The present one is only 1/5th the size the commecial ones were said to be - how small can you go? The volume is a function of the payload, and the IIA was said to accommodate only some 300+ pounds to 65,000ft if my memory serves. It needs enough battery capacity to keep the motors, heating system, control system, and the communications gear going all night while there is no juice coming from the photocells, and batteries can run the weight up quite a bit.

If a model smaller than 100ft can do it, why the need for the 500ft size which must make ground handling a lot more tricky? Not to mention the cost of helium and the structure itself.
