As I stated in one my earlier posts, we BIEL'ers should be prepared to wait the entire 90 days, or more, before that Full Body Clearance is issued. As you can see, it appears the FDA seems disposed to give clearance to any and everybody, but BIEL. They are even handing out clearance to foreign interests. But BIEL is still on the outside looking in. Go Figure! No Fair!! But nonetheless, one sunny day we'll get there.
