What is the settlement agreement going to be?

How will they pay for it? They had 33k at end of last quarter from what I can find. Which is an improvement from prior quarters. But the settlement agreement is likely to cost a lot of $$$?? Way, way, way more than 33k??

Sales are down multiple quarters in a row now. Gross profit have been declining as well.

At least they are pink current.
