Sometimes in the Med profession there may have been issues with billing. Perhaps documentation was missing when filling a prescription. It can add up over a period of years when employees are repeating the same mistakes. I doubt Marco will face jail time. On the other hand, Any contracts for dispensaries etc would be null in that he has felony convictions. He will probably sell Dewmar international and use the money to pay fines. Hopefully buyer will be better at the helm.
