Attia did not file an amended claim. Instead, he instead attempted to withdraw his RICO complaint.

Nope. Attia's going to fail to file an amended claim.

Obviously MAXD will not announce this failure.


In the United States District Court Northern District of California in the matter of Attia et al v. Google LLC et al, on June 13, 2018 the Court granted Attia Leave to Amend the Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act (RICO) Claim on or before August 13, 2018.
